Our primary goal is to bring employers and job seekers together! Employers can find amazingly qualified candidates. Job seekers can connect with some of the area's best-known companies. We also host seminars for businesses interested in strategies to improve their talent pipeline.
CLUSTER HIRING EVENT
August 19th from 9:30 am - 12:30 pm
A smaller job fair featuring around 15 employers. Cluster events allow recruiters more time to talk to candidates. Individuals who have utilized NCWorks' services and are job-ready are in attendance, along with other job seekers seeking career opportunities! To recruit at the event, contact Business Services. To register as a job seeker, sign up on the NCWorks.gov event calendar or walk-in and complete sign-up on site.
TALENT SOLUTIONS EXCHANGE
August 26th from 9 am - 11 pm / McKimmon Center at NC State
This is for businesses interested in learning strategies to create the workforce they need - today and in the future. Learn how to create apprenticeships, connect with the K12 education system, and other workforce solutions. Meet subject matter experts and get your questions answered! Register today.
TRIANGLE CAREER EXPO
October 13th from 10 am - 3 pm / Embassy Suites in Cary
This is undoubtably the region's best annual job fair. Expect a candidate pool of over 1200 job seekers from throughout the Triangle. We host 65-70 employers with jobs, not "business opportunities" or a plethora of training providers. Our philosophy is JOBS FIRST! Jobseekers can see participating employers and sign up today.
